Graduated from International Management School-Marco Ltd, Academy of Internal Affairs where he became second lieutenant of MO, Jagiellonian University and University of Silesia where he defended his M.A. thesis in sociology of management and organizations. During his research and teaching and lecturing and consulting he dealt with rural sociology, sociology of management and organizations, sociology of work, methodology of sociological research, history of social thought, sociology of education, macro - and micro sociology, social conflict, social engineering, social psychology, macroeconomics, social ecology, mathematical induction and the theory of hypothesis testing in sociological research. As he says he has examined about 1 thousand of students at full-time and part-time studies. He participated in the implementation of several national social studies and government programs, including research in rural areas. among others, PR Nauczyciele 77, research in fertility of Polish women, rural studies, research in indigenous areas in Poland, research on the development of industry and increase in its adverse effect on public health.
