Krystyna Kołodko - doctor of Juridical Sciences. Born in Bialystok. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Warsaw University. After the University  she connected her life in Warsaw. Legal counsel, leading her own law firm specializing in complex services for legal entities having their business, including legal support of investment real estate, legal issues of real estate and other issues of civil law. She also deals with sports law. Her doctoral dissertation concerned the scope of the Court of Arbitration for Sport in respect of compliance by arbitrators with the principles of the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. Krystyna participate in both international and national conferences. She has published her works in national and international scientific journals on the different topics which include: sports arbitration, the protection of athlete rights, family business, transportation and logistics. Mrs. Kołodko speaks and writes in English and Russian fluently. Her passion is dance, music and tai chi, which she has been training for seven years in China in the champion school. Krystyna is the organizer of the cultural life of friends. She promotes a healthy lifestyle and cooperates with the advisor of the Oncology Clinic in Opole.

In 2016, she organized a meeting to promote a culture of caring for health and the use of anti-tumor prophylaxis in support of Omega Regen esters.

Małgorzata graduated from the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Management Administration at the University of Gdańsk. Certified tax consultant.
 She brings in-depth experience holding Senior Management positions in consulting (Arthur Andersen Poland and Ernst & Young Poland) and financial institutions (PZU Group Poland, KBC Group Belgium).
Working in the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Abu Dhabi for several years, she has been able to build and sustain numerous relations on the wide-range of levels (including public and private investment bodies and authorities).
As an entrepreneur, she has introduced several Polish companies to the UAE market and attracted some of the UAE investors to the Polish investment opportunities. Living in the Emirates, she gained many friends there and fell in love with the country, its people and its culture.
Her experience and achievements in the Polish – Emirati relations were confirmed by many recommendations, among others the recommendation of the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to the UAE and the Spouse of the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to UAE.

Joanna Janczycka graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. She completed postgraduate studies in negotiation and other alternate dispute resolutions at the University of Warsaw. She completed her doctoral studies at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, Institute of Political Science. She was involved in the internal audit of the public finances sector at the University of Economics and Computer Science in Warsaw, and also has a postgraduate degree from the First School of Ombudsmen for Equal Treatment, supported by the Ombudsman for Civic Rights in Poland.

She has been an employee of the Agency of Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture (ARMA) since 2002, and an advisor to the President of the ARMA since 2007. The scope of her tasks includes conducting projects at a level of strategic importance for the Agency; preparing analyses and reports containing solution proposals for the chosen areas of the ARMA; issuing opinions about the drafts of ordinances, decisions and internal regulations; collaborating with the controlling state bodies, and also with law enforcement and administrations of justice.

She is the chairwoman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Employees of Public Institutions, including, among others, the Trade Union of the Employees of the Agricultural Agencies and Institutions. She is also the chairwoman of the Trade Union of the Employees of the Agency of Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture – the largest trade union organization in the ARMA, having its structures in every county in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Elżbieta Klemensowicz, born in Białystok in 1964. A graduate of the Białystok’s Faculty of Musical Education of Fryderyk Chopin’s Academy of Music in Warsaw.
In years 1988-1990, she worked as a choir conductor of the Białystok University of Technology and as an extra in Aleksander Węgierko’s Drama Theatre in Białystok in 3 plays: ‘Krakowiacy i Górale” by W. Bogusławski, “Operetka” by W. Gombrowicz and “Koledzy” by A. Strindberg, for which she designed costumes.
She created her first jewellery creation at the age of 17, under the influence of her uncle who was a sculptor.
She moved to Paris in 1992. In years 1994-1998, she studied singing in the La Courneuve Conservatory near Paris, but she did not refrain jewellery making, which became her passion and way for a living. She sold her first works in Montmartre to artists, and later – on modern art showrooms. In 2002, she established business and since then, she is creating her works under the nickname: ELLA K, cooperates with boutiques in Paris, Mauritius, Venice, Lebanon, exhibits her works in art galleries in Poland, Sweden, USA and participates in fashion shows, creating collections for designers (Izabela Łapińska, Christophe Guillarme, Christian Lacroix, Chanel).

Monika Zdziarska-Alicka is a graduate of the Economics Faculty of the University of Szczecin, specializing in Economic Cybernetics and Computer Sciences.
