Joanna Janczycka graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. She completed postgraduate studies in negotiation and other alternate dispute resolutions at the University of Warsaw. She completed her doctoral studies at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, Institute of Political Science. She was involved in the internal audit of the public finances sector at the University of Economics and Computer Science in Warsaw, and also has a postgraduate degree from the First School of Ombudsmen for Equal Treatment, supported by the Ombudsman for Civic Rights in Poland.
She has been an employee of the Agency of Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture (ARMA) since 2002, and an advisor to the President of the ARMA since 2007. The scope of her tasks includes conducting projects at a level of strategic importance for the Agency; preparing analyses and reports containing solution proposals for the chosen areas of the ARMA; issuing opinions about the drafts of ordinances, decisions and internal regulations; collaborating with the controlling state bodies, and also with law enforcement and administrations of justice.
She is the chairwoman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Employees of Public Institutions, including, among others, the Trade Union of the Employees of the Agricultural Agencies and Institutions. She is also the chairwoman of the Trade Union of the Employees of the Agency of Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture – the largest trade union organization in the ARMA, having its structures in every county in the territory of the Republic of Poland. She is a member of the Central Management Board of the Forum of Trade Unions.
She is the founder and the President of the international association, “Bank of Social Initiatives.” The association works to support rural areas by promoting a positive image of the countryside and the importance of agriculture in society; facilitating farmers’ access to services; promoting the conservation of natural resources in rural areas; and contributing to an increase in the profitability and attractiveness of production and services in a household.
Through her many experiences in the professional world, Joanna has developed excellent analytical and communication skills. She often works in groups, and succeeds in high pressure environments. She is a member of the Working Group for the National Network of Rural Areas of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.

She works with entrepreneurs on effective increase of their recognition in the Internet for 6 years. She participated in personal brand image change in web in more than 200 cases of female company owners in Poland, taking part in creation of their public profiles. She advises in selection of proper social media channels and tools increasing appearance of an entrepreneur in the web, effective PR campaigns and gives her counsel in terms of Internet websites content and creation of individual profiles. She changes anonymity to recognition.
In 2012, she was placed among 100 Women Enterprise Ambassadors, representing businesswomen in Poland. In 2013, she received a distinction in ‘Pozytywista Roku’ contest in ‘Vision and leadership’ category which was organised by Wokulski Regional Enterprise Incubator Foundation.

Appointed by the European Commission for the European Ambassador of Women’s Entrepreneurship Network, she established a foundation in Poland which promotes entrepreneurship among women. The inventor of Polish Women’s Entrepreneurship Network of Ambassadors project, inspired by the initiative of the European Commission, which in 2009 created the European Network for Women’s Entrepreneurship Ambassadors.

Ewa Dorożyńska Górska - an economist, a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering and Economics at Szczecin University of Technology. She completed her postgraduate studies in taxation counseling at Warsaw School of Economics. For years she has been involved in business and tax consultancy. Every day she works at Fine Arts Financial Architect in Warsaw. She offers her knowledge also in company mentoring. Member and proxy of the Warsaw branch of Business Woman Networking Club "Kobieta w Chmurze" ("Woman in Cloud"). She deals with business associates and promotes the Club's mission.
