Graduated from International Management School-Marco Ltd, Academy of Internal Affairs where he became second lieutenant of MO, Jagiellonian University and University of Silesia where he defended his M.A. thesis in sociology of management and organizations. During his research and teaching and lecturing and consulting he dealt with rural sociology, sociology of management and organizations, sociology of work, methodology of sociological research, history of social thought, sociology of education, macro - and micro sociology, social conflict, social engineering, social psychology, macroeconomics, social ecology, mathematical induction and the theory of hypothesis testing in sociological research. As he says he has examined about 1 thousand of students at full-time and part-time studies. He participated in the implementation of several national social studies and government programs, including research in rural areas. among others, PR Nauczyciele 77, research in fertility of Polish women, rural studies, research in indigenous areas in Poland, research on the development of industry and increase in its adverse effect on public health.
Vice-President of Association of Municipalities Polish Network "Energie Citiés"
He's a director of the Office of Infrastructure and Deputy Chairman of the Panel on Climate Protection in the Office of the Capital City of Warsaw and Vice-President of the Association of Municipalities Polish Network "Energie Cités". Leszek Drogosz carries out the tasks in terms of ensuring security of providing residents with electricity, heat, gas and water, as well as in terms of sewerage. He also deals with issues of climate protection, energy efficiency and renewable energy sources. All current professional work he devoted to Warsaw, managing and supervising municipal units of the transport sector (Municipal Bus Company, Warsaw Trams, Warsaw Metro, Municipal Roads Management Board), water and wastewater management (MPWiK S.A.), heat engineering (SPEC SA) and waste management (MPO and ZUSOK). He is involved in projects of several large and medium-sized EU programs, including the Cohesion Fund ("Czajka" Wastewater Treatment Plant). For many years he’s been working with international organizations and NGOs, representing Warsaw in, among others, Eurocities, C40 Large Cities Climate Leadership Group and the Association of Polish Cities. He’s the main originator of Panel on Climate Change, acting under the leadership of the President of the Capital City of Warsaw.
Advisor of the Chief Inspector of Environmental Protection
Andrzej Miłoszewski - Master of Science in the field of environmental engineering, graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology - the Faculty of Environmental Engineering, specialization: water supply and waste disposal. He has 46 years of professional experience in Administrative departments of the State on central and provincial-level related to environmental protection, and the control of the environment users in particular. In the 1980s, he co-founded the first central institution of control in this respect, namely, The State Environmental Inspection and the new control system of environment users, related to the said Inspection. A longtime Director of the Team/Department of Jurisprudence in the Chief Inspectorate for Environmental Protection.
For 13 years, the Board Member of the competition called “Polish Ecology Leader” organised by the Minister of Environment. Competition Winner of the 1st Level Award granted by the Polish Minister of Environment for the participation in "Identification and Valuation of Ecological Damages in areas of the Russian Federation". Co-author and author of numerous analysis resulting from the scope the Inspection activities, including the first "Report on the Environmental Status".
Currently employed as a Main Advisor in the Chief Inspector of Environmental Protection.
Awarded the Silver and the Gold Cross of Merit, and the Silver and Golden Award for "Distinguished Environment Protection and Water Management".
Since 2009 she's been linked with the publishing industry, for 3 years has been dealing with energy topics. Currently she's an editorial head of reo.pl - Renewable Energy Market, one of the most frequently cited sources of information about the RES market. She also supports the organization of sectoral events that promote renewable energy sources, including International Renewable EnergyCongress - GreenPower.
He graduated from Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics and since 1971 he's been professionally associated with telecommunications. In 1971-1992 he worked in PTT, and Ministry of Communications and the BPT Telbank SA (now Exatel) and NASK (1992-2012). During this period he successfully led major telecommunications projects. He acquired his skills and experience in key areas related to telecommunications both in terms of regulations and applicable technologies and investment processes. In 2006 - 2012 he managed projects of radio networks construction and colocation systems development.
Currently he's involved in work related to smart grids and Renewable Energy Sources. He is also an expert of the Implementing Authority for European Projects in the field of applications for financing telecom projects from EU funds (IEOP actions 8.3 and 8.4). Since 2005 he's been a member of the Association of Telecommunication Engineers SIT and the Association of Telecommunications Engineers of the European Union FITCE. He is also a member of the Polish Society for Photovoltaics.
She was born and she loves to be Lower Silesian. She started her professional career very quickly. 10 years ago she founded her own company which today employs 300 people. She graduated from the Wrocław University of Technology (Chemistry) and Agricultural University (Biotechnology). This type of education made it easier to establish contacts with China where she got to know the photovoltaic industry from the inside. To bring it closer to the Polish market in 2012 she organized a major conference on that branch. It was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy and was one of the first events of this kind in Poland. The next step was to create a nationwide portal - Energia–pl.pl, which soon due to the dynamic development will change its name to Energia MAX. Portal at the moment has already 100,000 entries monthly and this number is constantly growing. Portal made a RES sector for Money.pl. At the same time Monika Krawczyk - Rudnicka is entering the subject of renewable sources more and more dynamically. Polish Solar Center created by her collaborates with local governments, the central authorities and large companies in Poland and abroad.
Editor-in-chief of the "Agroenergetyka" magazine. Since 2008 she's been associated with renewable energy industry. For 12 years she's been working for media - as a TV presenter and reporter (TVP), later as a radio reporter (Radio Plus). Since 2005 she's been a press journalist. In addition to"Agroenergetyka" she co-creates the journal "Rolnik dzierżawca". She was rewarded for her deeds by Polish Wind Energy Association, among others.
Graduated from political science with a major in self-governance at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Since the mid- nineties he’s been working in Poznan Abrys company, which publishes magazines and organizes all-Poland training courses and conferences. Since 2003 he has been working as editor-in-chief at the department of publication. In its portfolio the company has five nationwide monthlies: Przegląd Komunalny, Recykling, Czysta Energia, Wodociągi-Kanalizacja, Zieleń Miejska and online directory: komunalny.pl, czystaenergia.pl, ecomanager.pl. News desks organize competitions in which people, institutions and companies are rewarded for promoting environmental attitudes and sustainable development. Training and conference departments organize international, national and regional conferences and seminars broadly related to environmental protection, urban economy and related spheres. As a part of environmental education he leads a zielonalekcja.pl portal and collaborates with municipalities, enterprises, schools, non-governmental organizations in this field by offering diverse, often unconventional solutions.

Gramwzielone.pl has been on the market since 2010, currently it’s the most popular portal in Poland devoted to renewable energy sources and clean technologies.
Graduated from Poznań School of Banking. He speaks fluent English and good Russian. He is an experienced specialist in the field of financial management, financial restructuring and fundraising (arrangement of financing) for the needs of investment financing (from EU subsidies and financial market: banks, funds and leasing companies). He also deals with the implementation of the strategy of using in practice the methodology of Balanced Scorecard and Value Based Management. He is an acclaimed lecturer in economic and financial subjects in Polish Accountants’ Association. He specializes in projects of the following sectors: banking, fuel and energy as well as automotive industry. He arranged the financing for the implementation of many projects related to renewable energy sources.
Stanisław M. Pietruszko - absolwent Wydziału Elektroniki Politechniki Warszawskiej, z macierzystą uczelnią związał się od razu po studiach. Stopień doktora uzyskał w Bombaju (1981 r.). Od tamtego czasu aktywnie współpracował w ramach programów rządowych z Indiami, Tajlandią, Chinami, Koreą, Japonią i Brazylią. Był twórcą i koordynatorem Centrum Fotowoltaiki Politechniki Warszawskiej oraz instalacji systemów fotowoltaicznych (54 kW) na fasadzie Gmachu Inżynierii Środowiska PW. Zrealizował 52 projekty, w tym 20 projektów Unii Europejskiej oraz 15 grantów z KBN i MNiSW, Amerykańskiego Departamentu Energii, Politechniki Warszawskiej i innych. Jego 43-letnia kariera naukowa dotyczy badań cienkowarstwowych ogniw fotowoltaicznych i tranzystorów oraz badań modułów i systemów fotowoltaicznych. Jest autorem ponad 160 publikacji naukowych oraz posiada bogate doświadczenia w zakresie wymiany informacji, zarządzania oraz polityki.
Jest członkiem Komitetu Sterującego Europejskiej Technologicznej Platformy Fotowoltaicznej. W tym 25-osobowym zespole nakreśla kierunki rozwoju fotowoltaiki w UE i był koordynatorem sieci fotowoltaiki w krajach nowoprzyjętych do UE. Był polskim obserwatorem w IEA PVPS, jest członkiem Komitetów Programowych wielu konferencji dotyczących fotowoltaiki i odnawialnych źródeł energii.
Społecznie pełni funkcję prezesa Polskiego Towarzystwa Fotowoltaiki oraz jest członkiem Zarządu Polskiego Towarzystwa Energetyki Słonecznej - ISES.
